I met the fellas in 1976 at St Luke's in Revesby/Sydney. I was 15, and the whole show plus meeting these blokes was something I'll never forget! Then saw them heaps obviously when they got on the Bigger stages and became Headliners in their own right...God Love you all guys, and never forget Doc Neeson...❤❤❤

Bought this LP at a school fete way way back in the day. It was the 1st record LP I bought... Loved it!!

I moved to Sydney in 1974 from Goulburn and it was sure a great time to grow up. The thing I moved most about Skyhooks and that they told it as is was and many of the songs understandabily were of a Melbourne flavour. Still love Shirley and the boys 50 years on.

All those years I cranked this track on my stereo, and played along with it on guitar, and never had a clue what a "Manzil" was. Finally found out a year or so ago. Makes perfect sense to me now. Favorite line: "Spent too many nights, holding up the bar."

My most favourite song in my history of music. It resonates with me so much. I'd love someone to re-record this and make it a hit. ❤
